Organized and held the office’s annual Sustainability festival which included social media engagement, graphics for fliers and posters, organizing over 60 sustainable vendors to attend the event. Result: Attendance was over 300% larger than in past years.

Provided support for the 2020 annual office festival by creating a complete planning guide to assist in the planning of the festival. The planning guide includes templates for emails, social media posts, revised applications for vendors, nonprofits, and food trucks, and invoices. As well as, complete contact lists of sustainable vendors and a timeline including a Gantt chart to outline when emails need to be sent, posts need to be added to social media, and the deadline for vendor applications. Result: Staff will not be stressed or worries about missing small details for planning a festival.

Developed a marketing strategy through social media that can be taken over easily and maintained social media accounts while obtaining more followers and post engagement from followers. Result: Post engagement have increased by 20%.

Introduced and designed new ideas for social media to implement for a weekly reoccurring them on the office pages. The reoccurring themes are Sustainable Tip Tuesday and Sustainable Local Fridays. Result: Increased follower engagement by 25%.

Assisted in the rewriting of the Regional Sustainability Plan of the Pikes Peak Region for 2030 by connecting common themes from the PlanCOS document currently being implemented.

Assisted in the cell phone swap for all City Employees by creating spreadsheets and labels and by organizing how the swap would be taking place. Result: The phone swap for over 200 employees ran more efficiently than AT&T employees have ever seen.
